In contrast, we have been striving for many years to keep all environmental factors and social aspects of our projects in mind and regard ourselves as part of the whole. This means that our real estate projects are examined to ensure that they have a favourable impact on society and that ecological factors are taken into account in all technical aspects. This is also the path that is followed and constantly reviewed at the management level of our company.

The Abadayev family has been active in the German property and investment market for more than 15 years. Together its members are responsible for the investment, development management, finance and distribution divisions of Atrium Development Group.
Previously they held senior positions at well-known investment companies. They are known for their excellent networks in the German real estate markets and benefit from long-standing cooperative relationships with financiers, asset managers, brokers and institutional investors.
