    Atrium Development Group is planning a modern hotel complex with five full storeys, a recessed storey and an underground car park.

    The design for the property foresees a modern curtain wall and an extensive greened roof. The concept is tailored to companies and their staff who will be staying for a longer period in Frankfurt am Main. The hotel complex offers them numerous opportunities for a creative exchange of ideas. The fixtures and fittings of the individual hotel rooms vary.

    The building also includes a publicly accessible fitness studio, co-working spaces, flexibly bookable conference rooms and a restaurant that in summer can be extended to include a terrace area.
